Member acknowledges and agrees that all information and data accessed on the “Members Only” portion of the TPPPA website: 1) is confidential and propriety to, and a trade secret of, the TPPPA; 2) may not be disclosed, whether orally, in hard copy, electronically, or by providing access credentials, to any individual or entity outside of Member’s organization without TPPPA’s prior written consent; and 3) that any unauthorized disclosure is a violation of the Member Terms and Conditions to which Member is bound.
